Refund Policy


***ALL EXCHANGES AND RETURNS***

All items must be return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. We have to be very strict with products that come back to us and will not be able to accept products back that have been washed, that have any odor (including but not limited to cigarette smoke, animal odor, detergent), stains, deodorant marks, hair, fabric tears, etc., so please be sure to inspect before you send back to us. Any product that does not meet these criteria will be shipped back to the customer at the expense of the customer.

How do I set up an Exchange or Return?

Send us an email here: hello@lojean.com and include the following:

State whether you would like a refund or exchange. 
Include your full name and order number in the email. 
If you would like an exchange, include the changes you would like made to your order. 
Standby for a reply from us which will include your return shipping label.
